About

CalDRE #00962986

Born and raised in Southern California, Brian was the son of a custom home builder and as such was exposed to real estate at an early age. He became a top producing realtor in 1987 and represented buyers and sellers throughout the southland for nearly ten years before going into the building side of the business where he split his time between commercial properties and custom homes and remodeling. For the next 20 years he gained invaluable insight into what buyer’s look for in a home and what it cost to produce. This background coupled with 20 years here in the Temecula/Murrieta Valley serves his clients well now, as he has rejoined the ranks of real estate agents and is a proud member of the Walker Advantage Team at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Both buyers and sellers stand to gain a lot from Brian’s experience as he delights in helping make real estate a positive experience for his clients.

Equal Opportunity Housing refers to the idea that all persons should be granted “equal opportunities” when it comes to renting or purchasing real property. This is usually in reference to anti-discrimination policies and laws set forth by state and federal governments.
